JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,326,325,307,379,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the medical report and the injuries being simple in nature, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under
