2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners sought withdrawal of the writ application for moving before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') with regard to the present issue.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the Authority within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and latest within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
