The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No.40 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 308, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have assaulted the father of the informant by means of rod. Other co-accused persons also assaulted the father of the informant by means of bricks and stones causing injury on the head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that in the case diary, no

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph3 of the bail application. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that the injuries are grievous in nature.
Considering the fact that the injuries are grievous in nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
