2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2009 dated 19.03.2009, registered for the offences punishable u/s 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the informant's sister due to non-fulfillment of demand of a motorcycle and Rs. 50,000/- as dowry and her dead body was also disappeared.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31780 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific overt act is against the petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the bail petition of the other co-accused persons have already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74890 of 2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2009.

7. The application stands allowed.
