Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners Sripati Singh and Rajpati Singh are said to have assaulted Ashok Kumar by means of sword and tangi, respectively, inflicting head injury to him. Rajpati Singh is also said to have assaulted on the hand of informant by means of tangi while Satendra Singh and Akhilesh Singh assaulted Pappu Yadav by means of lathi.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28179 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The informant has not sustained any sharp cut injury on his hand rather injury inflicted by hard blunt substance and Ashok Kumar Singh has also not sustained any sharp cut injury on his head rather abrasion that too simple in nature and Pappu Yadav has sustained one lacerated injury which is simple in nature. Barring one case which was fought between the parties, there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
