Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua Police Station Case No.136 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a/26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya.

Pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got long list of criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 27.07.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail. Hence, prayer is refused.
