2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 658 of 2022 dated 19.08.2022 lodged under Sections 363, 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C.
4. As per the prosecution, the grand daughter of the informant was being forcefully kidnapped by the petitioner with the assistance of 3-4 unknown accused persons.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of kidnapping is not correct as the statement of victim of under section 164 of Cr.P.C. it has been revealed by the victim that she was in love with the petitioner and she herself
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29181 of 2023(2) dt.07-06-2023 2/2 eloped from the house and she solemnized marriage. The victim does not whisper any complicity about the petitioner in this case. Counsel for the petitioner submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 14.10.2022.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge, POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 658 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ravishankar/- U T
