The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32322 of 2022(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
