Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in 1st paragraph as well as in prayer portion of the application, 'Danapur P.S. Case No.437 of 2019' has been typed in place of "Danapur P.S. Case No.437 of 2018" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 29.04.2019 by which petitioner has been granted bail.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in 1st paragraph as well as prayer portion of the application with regard to P.S. Case No.

Accordingly, in the 2nd paragraph as well as in the last paragraph of the order dated 29.04.2019, in place of 'Danapur P.S. Case No.437 of 2019', it should be read as "Danapur P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27844 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Case No.437 of 2018".

The order dated 29.04.2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
