The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft of motorcycle is against unknown.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was remanded in this case from Kurhani P.S. Case No.552 of 2018 on 21.01.2019. Petitioner was in custody in that case since 09.11.2018. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27193 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No.497 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
