2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 352, 109 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons abused and assaulted son of informant by fist and leg and also tried to kill him by tying coconut rope around his neck. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstance as well as nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a

No.28377 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 638 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
