JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Kopa P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections-467, 468, 471, 406, 420, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected by order dated 29-03-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47501 of 2017. This second anticipatory bail petition has been filed on the ground that petitioners were earlier on police bail. This court does not find such submission to be fresh ground to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail which shall be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order in the event the petitioner was earlier on police bail.
