2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have an option of filing a representation before the Mining Inspector, District Mining Officer, District-Vaishali

Patna High Court CWJC No.6491 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/3 (Respondent No. 5) for release of vehicles bearing Registration No. BR31-GA-9385 (Petitioner No. 1) and BR31-GB-7560 (Petitioner No. 2), the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file a suitable representation seeking release of vehicles and also for payment of the fine amount, if any, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On such representation being filed, the authority shall pass the necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 weeks form the date of receipt of the said representation made by the petitioners.

In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the vehicles need to be released, he shall do so on such terms and conditions as he may deem fit. The petitioners shall furnish all the necessary papers and documents of ownership before the concerned authority along with thier representation.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
