2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 71067 of 2021 (Annexure-1).

3. The trial court report reveals that the case is fixed for appearance of co-accused Ram Prakash Sahni, against whom, non-bailable of warrant and process under Section 82 & 83 of Cr.P.C. have already been issued.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production
