This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have tried to commit rape upon the informant after threatening her with dire consequences. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
