The petitioner filed this Criminal Miscellaneous for modification of the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63681 of 2017 by which, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court in connection with Complaint Case No.30034 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old lady and she got fractured injury. Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner got fractured injury, and therefore, she could not be able to move, this modification petition is allowed.
