The petitioner being mother-in-law apprehends her arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 218/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, after few days of marriage, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner started demanding dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same, she was subjected to torture and cruelty. It is further alleged that on 21.05.2020 at about 04:00 P.M., the informant received information that his niece has been killed by accused persons.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25099 of 2020(3) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including this petitioner. It is further submitted that as per the post-mortem report, no external injury has been found on the body of the deceased. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and living separately.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the bail petition of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 218/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C., (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
