Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court in C.W.J.C. No.4463 of 2011 and this Court relegated the matter to the appellate authority. The appellate authority vide order dated 27.06.2015 dismissed the appeal being Appeal No. 43 of 2014-15 filed by the petitioner by a reasoned order.

Let the petitioner exhaust the remedy of revision before the Revisional Authority. If the petitioner files Revision Application within a period of four weeks from today, the Revisional Authority shall dispose of the same by a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of filing of such Revision Application. While

Patna High Court CWJC No.16991 of 2015 dt.18-08-2017 2/2 considering the question of limitation, the Revisional Authority shall consider the pendency of this case before this Court. It is clarified that this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
