The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 dated 23.03.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, in conspiracy with others, is alleged to have enticed away the 14 year old daughter of the informant. The investigations revealed that the victim has become pregnant because of physical onslaught on her.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26197 of 2019(3) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the age of the victim girl, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner who is said to be in custody since 09.04.2018.
