2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 47 (a) and 47 ( f ) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that 400 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the field of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2025 .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Judge Excise Court No. 2 East Champaran Motihari in connection with Excise P. S. Case No. 01 of 2012.
