2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities for removal of encroachment over the public land.

3. The Circle Officer, Circle Nabinagar, Aurangabad is directed to dispose of the application dated 27.12.2021 filed by the petitioner after hearing both the parties in accordance with law.

4. If the Circle Officer, Circle Nabinagar, Aurangabad, Bihar finds any encroachment, he will initiate the proceeding under Bihar Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and decide the same
