JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Learned counsel for the informant submits that it is a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the trial has commenced and is on verge of conclusion and only the I.O. and the Doctor remains to be examined. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the informant the Court for the present in not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as it has been submitted that the trial is on verge of the conclusion.
