The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Semra P.S. Case No.68 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that as per as per FIR a dead body was found in the canal and thereafter a case has been lodged against unknown. Later on police investigated the case and the name of the petitioner transpires.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion and nothing has been attributed against her and other co-accused persons have already been granted bail vide order dated 1.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4131 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31284 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Sessions Trial No.118 of 2018, arising out of Semra P.S. Case No.68 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
