The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pharkatta P.S. Case No.75 of 2018 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both sides. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case as is evident from Annexure 3 to this petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.29247 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Pharkatta P.S.Case No.75 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
