Petitioner was dismissed from service on 18.02.2010 while serving as Statistical Supervisor in the office of the Special Deputy Director (Cattle Development) Large Cattle Development Project (Head Quarter Level), Barauni, DistrictBegusarai, Respondent no. 3. He submits that although his group insurance has been paid but his G.P.F. has not yet been paid.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.8314 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 the respondent nos. 3 and 5 to make payment of the G.P.F. of the petitioner along with admissible interest within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
