2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That the instant petition is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ,
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.894 of 2025(2) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 order/direction commanding upon the respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner and his family members which is in danger at the hands of Respondents No. 7 to 10 and their men and to register the case at once against the private respondent for that the petitioner runs from pillar to post and submitted his written complaint to the authorities concern but in connivance of the accused person the local police station has not register even case against them and the private respondent threatened to dispossess to the petitioner from the shop in question without recourse of law as the shop in question is the sole livelihood of the petitioners and his family members and / or pass such other order/ orders as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur for the reliefs prayed for in this writ petition. If such a representation is filed, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will examine the same and if he finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he may proceed in accordance with law.
4. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
