ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.68 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354A(1)(i), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Chhabila Yadav and not against this petitioner. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold of the neck of the informant and threw him down on the floor. There is no further allegation against him.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the

No.39175 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 petitioner and that the entire story was generated on account of village politics and political rivalry between the two groups, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
