2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with L.M.N.U. P.S Case No. 331/2023 dated 23.10.2023 registered for the offence punishable u/ss 356, 379, 411, 341, 323 and 324 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant along with co-villagers was walking under the over bridge. Two unknown boys and one girl snatched the mobile phones and Rs. 500 of the informant and co-villagers. On halla, local people came there and apprehended one boy and a girl who disclosed their names as Suraj Kumar and Soni Kumari.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is made accused in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is accused in one more criminal case as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Darbhanga in connection with L.M.N.U. P.S Case No. 331/2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
