2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.02.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9016 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial Court has failed to understand the order dated 20.02.2024 and did not release the petitioner on bail. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is in bail in all the criminal cases pending against him. Counsel submits that if the present order will not be modify, then the petitioner will not be released from the jail after passing the bail order and if not, it will be a great and irreparable loss.

4. Learned APP for the State on the other hand submits that there is no need of any modification in the order dated 20.02.2024 and the said order is very clear.

5. In the light of the submissions made and upon perusal of the order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9016 of 2024, it transpires to this Court that there is absolutely no need of any modification in the order dated 20.02.2024 and the said order is very much clear.

6. Accordingly, the present modification application is hereby rejected.
