The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 204/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during course of investigation. Coaccused Jitendra Kumar @ Lola and Bijendra Kumar confessed their guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner and others that they assembled on the road and ransacked the vehicles and blocked the road on account of death of one Yogendra Yadav in a motor accident.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46904 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 persons have already granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18669/2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 21328/2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 204/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
