Petitioner seeks regular bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 353, 352, 332, 333, 334, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 46, 47 of Jail Manual. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with others persons in jail were making slogan against the Jail administration against the mandate of Jail Manual. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused, Kartik Sharma has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 14.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20416/2021. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2020.
