The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nagar P. S. Case No. 371 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 386 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the undue and unexplained delay of three days in institution of the FIR, the petitioner, who is said to be the nephew of the informant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in
