Petitioner is aggrieved by inclusion of her name in the Rok Suchi.

Learned counsel submits that on the application filed by the petitioner for exclusion of the plot of the petitioner from the Rok Suchi issued by the Circle Officer but the matter is pending at the level of the District Magistrate. He has not passed any order till date despite favourable recommendation of the Circle Officer.

Learned counsel submits that in way back on 27.2.2017 the Principle Secretary of the Revenue Department has issued direction to all Collector-cum-District Registrar in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10095 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 connection with inclusion or exclusion of the plot in the Rok Suchi but notwithstanding the fact such direction was issued by the Principle Secretary, the District Magistrate, Katihar is sitting tight over the matter.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector, Katihar to take appropriate decision in the light of the letter dated 27.2.2017 and the recommendation of the Circle Officer, Barsoi, Katihar within a maximum period of sixty days after general election.
