The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 337, 338, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The last order dated 18.04.2022 was passed pursuant to Annexure-1 annexed by the petitioner.

The Medical Officers, Primary Health Centre, Ratni Faridpur, Sah Shakurabad, Jehanbad are personally present along with the records and they have produced records before the Court from which it appears that the petitioners have

No.38219 of 2021(3) dt.25-04-2022 2/3 brought a part of the injury report and the main injury report has not been brought on record and by suppression of fact, the petitioners wanted to obtain anticipatory bail from this Court. This conduct of the petitioners disentitles them for being considered the anticipatory bail application. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today. The petitioners are also imposed a cost of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand). Until and unless petitioners deposit the cost of Rs.50,000/- in the court below, their prayer for regular bail shall not be considered by the court below.

If the petitioners do not surrender within two weeks then Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad shall take steps for arrest of the petitioners. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad and Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.

Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State, will also communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad through WhatsApp and on telephone immediately.
