The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a, 26(2), 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 07.02.2020.
