JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chowk P.S.Case No. 87 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 186, 187, 353, 332 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons as per FIR is that they have created road jam and obstructed police officials in discharging their duties. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that dead body of son of one co-accused has been sent for post mortem and for that they were raising protest against the police officials and except that there is no specific allegation against any of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, in connection with Chowk P.S.Case No. 87 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
