After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case be disposed off with liberty to him to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar dated 18.03.2015 in Appeal No. 19 of 2009.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as
Patna High Court CWJC No.18908 of 2015 dt.24-08-2017 2/2 withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
