Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 465, 468, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66, 66D, 67 of the I.T. (Amended) Act, 2008.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. During investigation also, no material has come showing direct or indirect complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner is a student of Graduation (Part-II) as is evident from the mark-sheet

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, III, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
