JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2017 The only dispute involved in the present writ application stands resolved with the Division Bench decision of this Court in case of Jagdish Jha vs. State of Bihar reported in 2017(1) PLJR 123, paragraph 39 of which reads thus:- "Thus it follows as a natural corollary that the appellant who had cleared the BET which is the State eligibility test of Bihar prior to first December, 2002 which would be available for apply for the post of Assistant Professor in the State of Bihar particularly in response to the advertisement issued by the BPSC certificate (Annexure-2) also indicate that it was issued as being accredited to the University Grants Commission, New Delhi."
The petitioner has sought for a direction to the Bihar Public Service Commission to consider his case for appointment as Assistant Professor against advertisement No. 57 of 2014, on the plea that apart from having other requisite qualifications in terms of the advertisement, he has cleared Bihar Eligibility Test for Lectureship, accredited by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi.
This application is accordingly, allowed, in terms of the Division Bench decision of this Court, paragraph 39 whereof has been quoted hereinabove. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
