====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saran Complaint Case No. 2024 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 3(5) of BNS.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 23.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran Complaint Case No. 2024 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. If either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of compromise, the learned court below may pass appropriate orders.
