2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner and the co-accused persons came armed with lathi, danda, rod and pistol and started abusing and threatened to kill the informant's father. Thereafter, all the accused persons brutally assaulted on the head of the informant's father and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27553 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/3 when the informant came on hulla then all the accused persons also assaulted the informant and snatched golden chain and Rs. 25,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner rather the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus allegation in nature. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. As per impugned order dated 04.04.2025, the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the injury is said to be grievous in nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.

7. The application stands allowed.
