The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 843 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Md. Azam has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 17565 of 2019 on 29.03.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27645 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 843 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
