This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 504, 427, 369, 270, 188 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act and under Section 51-B of N.D.M. Act. The petitioner is said to have violated the guidelines of the lock-down along with others and they have gone to mosque for offering the prayer. When the police went there, they assaulted the police personnel and damaged the police vehicle and in this occurrence some police personnel were also injured. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined
