JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act and 5357 and 63 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nine litres of english wine was recovered from his house. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that petitioner is son of the house owner and recovery of nine litres english wine is made, let above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of

Case no. 144 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also on conditions that he will cooperate in the investigation and will present himself before the police as and when required.
