The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No.71 of 2019 (G.R. No.486 of 2019) for the offences under Sections 419, 420 and 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner used to run fake Clinic in the name of one Urmila Medical Hall. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28859 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019 (G.R. No.486 of 2019).
