JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 This matter has come up under the heading "to be mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the second paragraph of the order dated 04.06.2018, whereby petitioner was allowed bail, the police station name and case number and the concerned sections in which the first information report has been lodged have wrongly been mentioned.

In view of the above, let the second paragraph of the order dated 04.06.2018 be deleted to be read as "This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30853 of 2018(3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 417 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 30 (a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The order dated 04.06.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
