JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.11.2022, passed in CWJC No.14037 of 2021, the District Magistrate, Madhepura has already passed the final order on 12.06.2023, rejecting the application of the petitioner, for grant of arms license.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 12.06.2023 by filing

Patna High Court MJC No.1236 of 2023(3) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 appropriate appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
