Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 02.07.2015 passed by a learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has observed as under:- "Without going into the details on merit of the case, the Court is of the considered opinion that once for the same relief i.e. claim for salary and other allowances, the petitioners had approached this Court and the writ petition stood dismissed, at subsequent stage, the petitioners were not at all entitled to approach this Court again invoking writ jurisdiction."
The reason for such dismissal seems to be valid. No interference is warranted with the impugned order. Appeal is dismissed.
