Fahimuddin, learned A.P.P. for the State has informed this court that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents whereas in paragraph '3' of the present application he has disclosed only one criminal antecedent. Moreover, this case is of the year 2016.

Immediately after getting this information, Ms. Rina Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application giving complete criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Permission is granted.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
