2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ application to enable him to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority Motihari, East Champaran (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
